The Celestron AstroMaster 114EQ - Perfect for Beginners
If you're a beginner to astronomy and looking for a dual-purpose telescope suitable for both terrestrial and celestial viewing, then the Celestron AstroMaster 114EQ telescope is the perfect choice. The 20 mm eyepiece has built-in erect image correction, this means that the image you view right way up (normal astronomy views are inverted), making this eyepiece and telescope useful for terrestrial viewing as well as astronomy. Also included is a useful red-dot finderscope, this is a smaller telescope, it offers a wider field of view to help you easily locate objects in the night sky before looking at them through the main telescope, this must also be aligned carefully to your telescope before use.
The Celestron AstroMaster 114EQ produces clean, clear images due to luminous 114mm aperture and high quality 10mm and 20mm eyepieces included. Maximum magnification of 100x is achievable with the 10mm eyepiece. The magnification of the Celestron Astromaster 114EQ allows the astronomer to easily view deep sky objects, such as Jupiter and it’s moons, along with the rings of Saturn. Star clusters such as Pleiades and galaxies like Andromeda will also be visible through the telescope.

Solar Warning:
Never look directly at the Sun with the naked eye or with an optic (unless you have the proper solar filter). Permanent and irreversible eye damage may result.
Never use your optic to project an image of the Sun onto any surface. Internal heat build-up can damage the optic and any accessories attached to it.
Never leave your optic unsupervised. Make sure an adult who is familiar with the correct operating procedures is with your optic at all times, especially when children are present.
