We got to see a planet and the moon

After a poor start because of our inexperience this is turning into a great hobby tool for my son. The problem was with me and not the telescope, and after advice from Picstop we got to see Jupiter and some of its moons

Celestron telescope

I purchased this for my stepdaughters birthday. She is over the moon with it ( no pun intended). The quality of the terrestrial images are excellent and she is now studying the sky at night with interest. A fantastic purchase!
