The Sky Watcher x2 De-luxe Achromatic Barlow 1.25 inch is the accessory that keeps delivering. Put it in between your telescope's eyepiece and lens to immediately double magnification. Let's say your accessory case contains two eyepieces, a 10 mm and a 25 mm. By including a Sky Watcher x2 Deluxe Barlow Lens, you will have four different magnification options. When you pair this lens with the 25 mm, you get double the magnification, or the same strength as a 12.5 mm eyepiece, and when you pair it with the 10 mm, you get the power of a 5 mm eyepiece.

The distance your eye must be from the first lens in the eyepiece in order to see the entire field of view is known as eye relief. The magnification is doubled when using a Barlow lens with an eyepiece, but the eye relief remains unaffected. This is advantageous because, typically, you have less eye relief the shorter the eyepiece's focal length.
The Sky Watcher x2 Deluxe Barlow is fully multi-coated. The 1.25" barrel will fit in standard 1.25" focusers and diagonals, and the Barlow will accept 1.25" eyepieces. A metal thumbscrew locks the eyepiece firmly in place.
