Tripod with height adjustment.
It's easy to set up the telescope, so you can start watching right away. The telescope and its accessories are easy to assemble, even for first-timers, taking only a few minutes. You can modify the telescope's height or set it up on elevated surfaces, such as a picnic table, thanks to the tripod legs' adjustable design.
With a total weight of around 2 kilos, the telescope set is ideal for carrying along on spontaneous observing excursions or travels.
Manual alt-azimuth : Use a pan handle to navigate the skies. With a clutch, the alt-az control allows for precise and fluid pointing. Slide the clutch left or right or up or down to follow the item in the eyepiece.
Included Accessories
Two eyepieces (20mm and 10mm), an upright image diagonal, a finderscope, a smartphone adapter and a travel backpack are included with the Travel Scope 80. With the two eyepieces, you can observe the object you're interested in at different magnifications. Right-side-up viewing is made possible by the erect image diagonal, which is useful for both celestial and terrestrial objects. You can more easily observe by centering an item in your eyepiece with the help of the permanently fitted finderscope.
Smartphone Adapter: Use this adapter to take pictures of earthly or celestial objects. This adapter lets you attach any smartphone to any telescope eyepiece that has an outer diameter of 45 mm or less thanks to its lightweight, sturdy frame. Your phone can take excellent pictures of the Moon and planets thanks to the eyepiece's extra magnification. It is simple to install this smartphone adapter by simply clamping it over the top of an eyepiece. Tightening the knobs firmly locks your smartphone in place and holds it in position. For the phone to fit in the adapter, some thick and/or bulky phone cases - including folio-style cases - might need to be taken off.

Solar Warning
Never look directly at the Sun with the naked eye or with an optic (unless you have the proper solar filter). Permanent and irreversible eye damage may result.
Never use your optic to project an image of the Sun onto any surface. Internal heat build-up can damage the optic and any accessories attached to it.
