The SmartPhoto Adapter is incredibly easy to use, in contrast to many other smartphone adapters. After the smartphone is first firmly fastened within the adapter's foam-lined jaws, it may be simply moved backwards, forwards, or sides to centre its camera over the eyepiece by freeing the second fastening bolt. Two plastic screws hold the adapter to the eyepiece.
When the rubber eye cup is removed, the adapter works with Sky-Watcher's Super-MA, Super Plossl, and Ultrawide 1.25" eyepieces as well as many common 1.25" eyepieces from other manufacturers that have a diameter of up to 34mm.
